CU Boulder’s dining and catering services offer something for everyone, whether that be specific diets, allergy needs or simply taste preferences. Every food item served both in our residence halls and through catering is labeled for the nine most common allergens (eggs, milk, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and gluten) to ensure food safety for everyone.

Dining plans provide guests with convenient, award-winning options throughout the event. Two meals per day are included with lodging and dining packages, and groups staying off-campus or simply using meeting spaces are encouraged to take advantage of this service as well.
Please note that these dining center menus vary greatly based on specific meals, time of year, availability, etc. Check with your conference coordinator if you have concerns. Meals are priced consistently regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner and your coordinator will work with you to determine exact meal schedules and costs.
Our dining centers are also champions of sustainability, incorporating recycling, composting, and sourcing into their daily operations. We are also dedicated to providing local products whenever possible.
If catered meals or snacks will be part of your plans, our catering menus are also available to you online. CU Events Planning & Catering (EP&C) is our preferred on-campus partner, providing full-service catering across campus and Boulder. EP&C prepares innovative menus, indulging your group while focusing on local and sustainable selections. All events catered through EP&C are zero-waste, contributing to our campus’ commitment to sustainable practices.

Events held at venues operated by CU Athletics must be catered by Levy Catering, and off-campus events may be catered by the company of your choice.
