The residence halls at CU Boulder provide exceptional comfort and excellent amenities for our conference guests. Residence halls are air conditioned and options for single or double occupancy are available. All rooms utilize shared community bathrooms.
Lodging and dining packages are priced per person and no refunds will be given for missed nights or meals. Participants staying in on-campus lodging must be 18+ years of age. We are unable to accommodate minors in the residence halls per University of Colorado campus youth protection policies. An accompanying spouse or guests must make a reservation and pay for the full lodging & dining package to stay on the CU Boulder campus.
This award-winning dining center is located within the C4C building and offers an exciting fusion of community and cultural dining experiences. It features 8 micro restaurants, a build your own salad bar and a dessert station for a variety of globally inspired cuisine.

Access to the CU Recreation Center is included in the nightly housing rate with no additional charge. A linen packet consisting of one set of sheets, two towels, one washcloth, a pillow, a pillowcase, and a blanket is included with the lodging & dining package. The linen packet is for the duration of the event. Room furnishings include (per guest) an extra-long twin bed at a height of 35″ (2′ 11″), dresser, bookcase, desk/desk chair, closet and a micro-fridge to share. Credit card payment is required at the time of on-campus housing reservation. No refunds after July 9, 2022.
